This policy explains how IDKYOLO LLC (“idkyolo”, “we”) handles personal information, in plain English. It covers this website, our products, and anything else we make available.

What we collect and why
idkyolo builds a range of products, and what a particular product collects depends on what that product does. A product or this website may collect information you give us, information about how it is used, and technical information about your device, browser or network connection — using cookies, analytics and similar technologies, our own or provided by other companies. We use that information to provide and support what we make, to fix and improve it, to keep it secure, to communicate with you, and to meet our legal obligations. Where a product collects personal information, the details are set out in that product and in its app store privacy details, and those are the authority for that product.
Who else sees it
We use outside companies for the ordinary business of running a company — hosting, analytics, error reporting, payments and support. They receive only what they need for that purpose, act on our instructions, and are required to protect your information to a standard at least equivalent to this policy. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. If idkyolo is involved in a financing, merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We do not sell personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
Keeping it, and deleting it
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, and for as long afterwards as we are required to keep it for legal, tax or accounting reasons. You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent — write to us at the address below and we will act on it. Where information is held only on your own device, you can remove it yourself at any time by clearing the product’s data or removing the product.
Changes to this policy
This policy will change as what we build changes. The updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
